Update on suspension and release of annual financial statements
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement issued by the JSE on 2 October 2017 notifying
shareholders that the Company’s shares have been suspended due to failure to submit its annual financial
statements within the six-month period stipulated in the JSE Listings Requirements. The annual financial
statements were not released timeously due to administrative issues.
Shareholders are advised that the Company will release its annual financial statements by 4 October 2017
and will then apply to the JSE to lift its suspension.
