CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: EXERCISE OF OPTIONS BY A DIRECTOR
SPAR shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 15 September 2017,
with regard to the exercise of options by Mr Wayne Allan Hook in terms of the rules of the SPAR
Group Limited Share Employee Trust 2004 (?Announcement?).
The Announcement incorrectly stated the number of options exercised by Mr Wayne Allan Hook as
being 38 700 options. The correct number of options exercised was 60 000 options, resulting in a total
value of the exercise being R3 486 000.
All other information as contained in the Announcement remains unchanged.
