RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 26 May 2017 and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcement dated 21 August 2017, shareholders are advised that the Company is still exploring a
material disposal transaction which, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of the
Company’s securities. This anticipated corporate activity is in keeping with MICROmega’s strategic
decision.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
