Programme (the “Programme”), guaranteed by Woolworths Proprietary Limited, on 17 March
2017 upon which date the Programme was made available on the WHL corporate website
www.woolworthsholdings.co.za.
The Programme is available for inspection at the company’s registered office and can also be
accessed on the WHL corporate website at

The Programme is also available for inspection on the JSE website www.jse.co.za.
