We refer to the ZAR35,000,000 Hybrid Warrants relating to a Basket of Shares
and the FTSE/JSE Africa Top 40 Index issued on 08 July 2014 (Series
WT0182BRD with ISIN Code: ZAE000192803) (the Warrants), as set out in the
Pricing Settlement dated 03 July 2014 issued by BNP Paribas Issuance B.V.
(the Issuer). The Issuer hereby requests that investors be notified of the full
repurchase and delisting of the Warrants, effective 06 October 2017.
