SECTION 122 NOTICE
In accordance with Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and Section 3.83
(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that on 4 October 2017,
the Company received formal notification from PSG Asset Management (Pty) Ltd that, as a result
of a series of trades for and on behalf of its clients, it had acquired additional ordinary shares of
Sun International.
Accordingly and following the notice which was dated 29 September 2017, PSG Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd now holds 5.17% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
