TRADING STATEMENT FOR HALF YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2017
In terms of the Listing Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange, the Board of Directors
of Wilderness Holdings Limited (“the Company”) hereby announces that the Company’s
results for the half year ended 31 August 2017 are likely to be materially higher than those
achieved in the corresponding period in the prior year.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until the results for the half year ended 31 August 2017 are announced, which is
expected to be on or about 20 October 2017.
The Company’s primary listing is on the BSE and its secondary listing is on the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange.
