Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 5 September 2017 and in the press on 6
September 2017 regarding the sale of Adcorp’s effective 34.6% equity stake in Nihilent Technologies PVT Limited to
Dimension Data Protocol BV and are advised that all the conditions precedent have been fulfilled and that the
transaction is now unconditional.
