INVESTEC ASSET MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Holdsport received the following
formal notification on 3 October 2017 that Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd on
behalf of segregated clients (“Investec Asset Management”) have, in aggregate, disposed of a
portion of their interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in
the ordinary shares of the Company held by Investec Asset Management decreased to
4.8501% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
