In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of
directors (“the board”) wishes to advise shareholders of the appointment of Mr AJ Kruger as
independent non-executive director of the Company, effective 1 October 2017.
Mr Kruger is a qualified chartered accountant (South Africa) and has 40 years’ experience as a
practicing public accountant and auditor. He also holds directorship and committee membership on
various committees of a ZarX listed company.
The board would like to congratulate Mr Kruger and wish him well in this endeavour.
