The Palesa Coal Mine, where Diesel Power Proprietary Limited “Diesel Power” (the main
operating subsidiary of Buildmax) provides contract mining services to Palesa Coal, has been
affected by unrest in the surrounding community.
Diesel Power is ready and able to continue with mining operations and is working with Palesa
Coal to resolve the situation and prevent or minimise disruption.
