RESIGNATION OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Long4Life shareholders are advised, in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of
the JSE Listings Requirements, that Mr. Kevin Hedderwick, the Company’s
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, has tendered his
resignation, with effect from today, in order to pursue personal interests.
The Board would like to thank Mr Hedderwick for his significant
contribution to the establishment of the Company, since the listing of
Long4life on the JSE.
Long4Life’s Chief Executive Officer, Brian Joffe, commented, “I would like
to personally thank Kevin for his short, but significant contribution and
guidance to the initial phase of Long4Life’s formation and early
acquisitions. We wish him well for the future.”
