APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr Graham Dempster has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
to the Sun International Board with immediate effect.
Graham, who is a qualified chartered accountant by profession, previously served as the Chief
Operating Officer of the Nedbank Group Limited and has over 35 years of experience in the
banking and financial services industry in South Africa and internationally.
Graham serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Imperial Holdings Limited, Telkom
SA SOC Limited and AECI Limited and as Chairman of Long4life Limited.
The Board welcomes Mr Dempster as a non-executive director to Sun International and looks
forward to his contribution to the group.
