their imminent expiry on 06 October 2017 (see the related securities above).
Should holders choose to expire the “Existing” ETNs they should notify the Investec Equity Derivatives Desk before
12:00 hours on Thursday, 12 October 2017. The “Existing” ETNs will expire at full intrinsic value on the respective
expiry date.
In the event that the holders not choose not to expire, Investec will make arrangement to buy-back the “Existing” ETNs
and sell the “New” ETNs (The “New” ETNs, which will list on Monday, 16 October 2017).
