Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, of
the following transactions in respect of the company’s shares by directors and the company secretary of the
company, and by directors of a material subsidiary of the company.
All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the sale of ordinary shares of
the company at the volume weighted average selling price of R 75.1109 (high: R 77.35; low R 74.15) achieved
over the period 2 and 3 October 2017 and the selling price of R 74.00 on 5 October 2017, were executed on-
market, relate to vested restricted and performance shares (in which the persons transacting have a 100% direct
and beneficial interest) held in terms of the company’s 2012 share plan, and were undertaken to rebalance
portfolios and/or to settle the tax due on vesting:
