Correction to the Proxy Form
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 27 September 2017, in which the
mailing of the notices of the annual general meeting and the publication thereof on the group’s
website (www.ansys.co.za) were announced.
Shareholders are hereby informed that, although the resolutions in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting is correct, the proxy form erroneously referenced Snowy Joyce Khoza as chairperson of
the Audit and Risk Committee. The proxy form should be read as follows:
- Ordinary resolution number 5: Re-appointment of Nondumiso Medupe as a member and
Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee;
- Ordinary resolution number 7: Re-appointment of Snowy Joyce Khoza as a member of
the Audit and Risk Committee.
The Form of Proxy remains valid, with the corrections above.
