APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Nomavuso Mnxasana
has been appointed as independent non-executive director of
the Board of Barloworld Limited and member of the audit
committee with immediate effect at the Board meeting held
6 October 2017.
Ms Mnxasana is a qualified chartered accountant and brings
experience in corporate governance, auditing, and risk
management. She held a number of positions including senior
partner and a member of the executive committee of
SizweNtsalubaGobodo, group audit and risk executive at
Imperial Group.
She currently serves on the boards of Pareto Limited,
Nedbank Limited, JSE Limited and ArcelorMittal Limited, the
Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa and
various unlisted companies.
