UPDATE ON THE DISPOSAL OF PROPERTIES IN THE SALE AND LEASEBACK TRANSACTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 27 September 2017 wherein
shareholders were advised that certain of the conditions precedent applicable to the
sale and leaseback transaction in respect of the Umlaas Road properties in KwaZulu-Natal
had not yet been finalised.
Shareholders are hereby advised that as all the conditions precedent applicable to the sale
and leaseback transaction have been met, the sale and leaseback transaction is now unconditional
and the documents of transfer will be lodged with the relevant deeds office for the purpose of
registration of transfer.
