The Board of Directors of MMI (Board) announces the resignation of Mr WM
Krzychylkiewicz as an alternative director to Mr Peter Cooper, the non-
executive director of MMI, with effect from 9 October 2017, to pursue his
personal interests.
The Board would like to thank Mr Krzychylkiewicz for his contribution to
MMI during the past year, through his financial services experience and
deep business insights.
