LISTING ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED
Further to the abridged pre-listing statement published on 28 September 2017, the Company is pleased to
announce that it will be listing all its issued ordinary share capital in the “Equity Investment Instruments”
sector of the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange operated by the JSE Limited (“JSE”), with
effect from the commencement of trade on Friday,13 October 2017.
The board is confident that the Company’s strategy of listing on the JSE will prove sound and that
international investors will view Brainworks as the window through which they may access the Zimbabwean
investment opportunity that the Company offers.
