CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
ISA (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Roger Pitt has resigned as Financial Director with
immediate effect in order to focus his time on his other business interests.
The Board thanks Mr Pitt for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
