RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Alaris (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that, Mr Pieter Nicolaas de Waal (“Nico”) has resigned as
a non-executive director of Alaris with effect from 17 October 2017.
Mr Andries Mellet, who was an alternate director to Nico, has been appointed as a non-executive director, in
his place and stead with effect from 17 October 2017.
The Board thanks Nico for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
