CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on
18 October 2017 (“Announcement”) in terms of which shareholders were
advised that all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority
of Afdawn shareholders.
Further to the publication of the aforementioned Announcement,
shareholders are hereby advised that ordinary resolution number 7 was not
passed as it did not obtain the 75% shareholder approval as required.
