UPDATE ON THE SALE OF THE DONKERHOEK BUSINESS AND WITHDRAWAL OF
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 12 September 2017 regarding the
disposal of the Donkerhoek Business (“the Transaction”).
The JSE has ruled that the Transaction is a category 1 transaction and shareholders’ approval
is required. Accordingly a circular will be posted to shareholders in due course.
Shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution in dealing in the Company’s securities
on the JSE.
