Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 30 November 2016 advising
that GEM Global Yield Fund LLC SCS (“GEM”) had made a claim against Labat,
emanating from Labat’s cancellation of their facility order, and that Labat was
vigorously defending this claim.
Shareholders are advised that on 16 October 2017, Deputy Judge President P.
Mojapelo, dismissed the claim brought by GEM against Labat, with costs being
awarded to Labat.
A copy of the court order can be requested from Labat’s Company Secretary on
