CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the Board of Directors of Stellar Capital
(“Board”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr PJ
Bishop as a non-executive director to the Board, with effect
from 18 October 2017.
Mr Bishop is a qualified CA(SA) and has gained strong
entrepreneurial skills primarily in Finance, Investment and
Property having worked extensively in these sectors in the
United Kingdom, South Africa and the USA. The Board welcomes
Mr Bishop and looks forward to his contribution.
