NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT ISSUED BY AECI
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 18 October 2017 advising that that AECI
has entered into discussions relating to two potential acquisitions which, if either is successfully concluded,
may have an effect on AECI’s share price.
Accordingly, noteholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Issuer’s securities until a further
announcement in this regard is made.
