RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
notified that, Mrs. Sandra Saunders has resigned as company secretary of the Company for health
related reasons with effect from 30 November 2017. Shareholders are also notified that Mr. André de Wet
has been appointed as interim company secretary with effect from 1 December 2017 until a suitable
permanent candidate has been appointed. Shareholders will be further notified once a permanent
candidate has been appointed.
The board of directors of the Company would like to thank Mrs. Sandra Saunders for her contribution to
Insimbi and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
