CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Imbalie Beauty
advises shareholders that Mr. Jarryd Prince has resigned as financial director of the
Company with effect from 31 October 2017. He will be replaced by Mr. Jaques Rossouw as
financial director with effect from 1 November 2017.
Jaques has many years of experience in the retail sector and is currently a director of E Best
Buy Beds (Pty) Ltd.
