Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
Company advises shareholders that Mr Craig Parry has resigned as the Chief
Executive Officer and director of BSI with effect from 20 October 2017 to pursue
other opportunities.
The Executive Chairman, Mr William Battershill, continues as Chairman and has
been appointed as CEO with immediate effect and Mr Nigel Payne will remain as the
Lead Independent Non-Executive Director.
The board extends its appreciation to Craig for his valuable contribution to the
Company during his 25 years of service and wishes him all the best in his future
endeavours.
