Shareholders are advised that the Group’s Integrated Annual Report in respect of the year ended
30 June 2017 was distributed to shareholders today and is available on the Company’s website
(www.elb.co.za).
The annual financial statements included in the Integrated Annual Report contain no modifications to
the provisional audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2017, which were released on
SENS on 20 September 2017.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the eighty-seventh annual general meeting of shareholders of the
Company (“AGM”) will be held in the Boardroom, ELB Engineering Services Proprietary Limited, 345
Rivonia Road, Rivonia, Johannesburg, on Thursday, 23 November 2017 at noon (12h00) to transact
the business as set out in the notice. The salient dates relevant to the AGM are set out below:
