Requirements shareholders are advised that Mr Mitesh Patel,
non-executive director and chairman of the audit and risk
committee, has resigned from his position with immediate
effect.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Patel for his valuable
contributions to HAHL and for his dedication, commitment and
leadership to HAHL and wishes him the best in his future
endeavours.
