Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 May
2017 regarding the appointment of Khathutshelo Mapasa as a group acting
Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of
Khathutshelo Mapasa as the CEO and Managing Director of the Company with
immediate effect.
The Board of Directors welcomes Khathutshelo to his new role.
