LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 1,200,000 NewGold
debentures at an issue price of R165.00 per additional debenture, following subscriptions in
respect of approximately 11,391.259 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 109,677,939.00 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,041,141.496 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
