WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 4 August 2017 and the subsequent renewal thereof on
18 September 2017, shareholders are advised that negotiations in respect of a potential acquisition have
been terminated.
Accordingly, the cautionary is withdrawn and caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in
the Company’s securities.
