CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, Mr. Andrew James Glencross has resigned from the board of directors of Mainland (the
“Board”) and as acting Chief Executive Officer of the company effective from 31 October 2017. The Board wishes to
thank Mr. Glencross for his valuable contribution to the company since its inception.
A further announcement will be made upon the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer.
Mainland has its primary listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and a secondary listing
on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
