RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FROM THE BOARD AND TWO
BOARD COMMITTEES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
board of directors of Reunert (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms Phuti Mahanyele,
an independent non-executive director and member of the audit and social, ethics and
transformation committees, has regretfully tendered her resignation, with effect from
1 November 2017.
Ms Mahanyele has advised that her growing commitments as owner and director of
Sigma Capital have rendered it difficult for her to dedicate the time required to execute
her Board and committee responsibilities.
The Chair and Board would like to express their sincere gratitude to Ms Mahanyele for
her input and contribution over the period of her tenure.
