RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
In terms of article 28.7 of the Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation, a director of the Company
shall automatically retire at the annual general meeting following his seventieth birthday, and
shall not be entitled to offer himself for re-election. Accordingly, Mr Willy Ross, a non-executive
director of the Company, has retired automatically.
The Board of Hospitality would like to thank Mr Ross for over ten years of valuable service to the
Company, and wish him well in his retirement.
