In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Stor-Age shareholders are advised that Stor-Age has received notification from Foord
Asset Management Proprietary Limited that it has acquired, on behalf of its clients, an 11.15%
beneficial interest in Stor-Age.
