ECSPONENT SECURES INTERNATIONAL DEBT FUNDING
The Board of Directors is pleased to advise shareholders that the Company has procured debt
funding in an amount of USD 10 million (ZAR 142 million) on market related terms. The funding
will be deployed through the secured Business Credit division to expand the Group’s African
operations. The funding will be US dollar based to avoid exchange rate risk and provide additional
hard currency assets.
