CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mrs Pumla Tladi has resigned as a
non-executive director of the Company with effect from
31 October 2017. The Board wishes her well in her future
endeavours. In addition, Mrs Debbie Wolfendale’s status has
changed from an executive to a non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 31 October 2017.
Mr Bheki Shongwe (BA(Econ), MBA, ACIS, FCIBM), Chairman of Flow
Communications, Matsamo Capital, Compass Management Consultants
and Pikitup, and deputy chairman and non-executive director of
Sabvest and Mr Gary Harlow (BBusSci (Hons), FCMA, CGMA, BCom
CA(SA)), Chairman of Unihold Limited and Newpark Reit Limited,
have been appointed as non-executive Chairman and non-executive
director of the Company, respectively, with effect from
31 October 2017.
