RESTATEMENT OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Shareholders are referred to the “Reviewed Condensed Consolidated
Interim Financial Results for the six months ended 31 August 2017”
announcements released on SENS on 27 October 2017, wherein
shareholders were advised that the basic and diluted loss per share
for the comparative period, being the six month period ended 31
August 2016 have both been restated from 8.06 cents and 0.81 cents,
respectively to 4.03 cents and the headline and diluted headline
loss per share for the same period have both been restated from
8.06 cents and 0.81 cents, respectively to 4.03 cents.
Shareholders should note that the basic and diluted loss and
headline and diluted headline loss were all correctly stated.
This restatement was identified during the Chief Financial
Officer’s review of the 31 August 2017 interim results. The
misstatement occurred due to incorrectly weighing the weighted
average number of shares in issue for the 31 August 2016 period.
