Royal Bafokeng bondholders are referred to the announcement released by the company on 6 September 2017
in which the company announced the that it was pursuing certain transactions with Platinum Group Metals
(RSA) Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSX-listed Platinum Group Metals Limited.
Royal Bafokeng wishes to advise bondholders that a Circular to shareholders together with the Notice of a
General Meeting has been distributed to shareholders today, Thursday 2 November 2017. The Circular which
contains details of the proposed transactions is available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
Furthermore, the Circular has also been made available for inspection on the company’s website at
http://www.bafokengplatinum.co.za under the Stakeholder Communication tab.
