This notice is in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and section 122(3) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended.
Shareholders are advised that the Public Investment Corporation SOC Ltd (PIC) and its clients
have, in aggregate, increased their percentage shareholding in the Company from 14.994% to
15.067% of the total issued shares.
