Shareholders are referred to the previous renewal of cautionary announcement
dated 26 October 2017 and are advised that Bonatla has requested the Kinfedi
Consortium to adhere to the funding agreement entered between Bonatla and
Kinfedi and the drawdown certificate by no later than 30 November 2017.
Shareholders will be kept advised of progress in this regard.
