Programme (“the programme”) on or about 30 June 2015. The programme is available for inspection at the
registered office of Clover and can also be accessed on the Issuer’s website at http://www.clover.co.za/bond-
programme/.
No notes have been issued in terms of the programme to date.
The programme memorandum has also been made available for inspection on the JSE website
www.jse.co.za.
