In accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, we hereby advise
shareholders that the Company was informed on 7 November 2017, that Investec Limited disposed of
Exxaro shares and their holding in the Company therefore now equates to 4.8428 per cent (314,171,761
shares) of the total issued ordinary shares in the Company.
