RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (“CFO”) AND APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CFO
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, York shareholders (“Shareholders”) are
advised that Mr Pieter van Buuren has resigned as CFO of the Company, with effect from 30 November
2017, due to his desire to be permanently based in Gauteng.
In the interim period, and until the Company completes its recruitment process for a permanent
replacement with suitable experience , Mr Gerald Stoltz, the Company’s Corporate Financial Manager
has been appointed as acting CFO with effect from 1 December 2017. Mr Stoltz is a qualified Chartered
Accountant and has served the Company for four years.
