CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 23 November 2017, Lebogang Mosiane has been appointed
as an alternate non-executive director to Kgotso Schoeman, a non-executive director of OneLogix.
Legogang is the investment manager of Kagiso Capital. He obtained exposure to banking and private
equity at PwC and as a senior associate at Shanduka Group (Pty) Ltd, where he was responsible for the
management of their Africa business, Private Equity Fund, as well as monitoring investments in the
telecoms, mining, energy, property, industrial and financial services sectors.
The board of directors of OneLogix welcomes Lebogang and believes that he will add significant value
and insight as a member of the board of directors.
