RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Ms V Mhlongo has resigned as Wesizwe’s company
secretary with effect from 31 December 2017. The process to
appoint a suitable replacement to Ms Mhlongo is ongoing and
shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been
made.
The Board would like to thank Ms Mhlongo for her contribution
to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
